I’m shopping around for the best products out there because to be quite honest, none of these companies really seem to be honest any more.
First, is this product like Latisse where it will only benefit people who do not see their natural potential? Or is this for anyone, including those who’s natural lashes have grown to their full extent and want to extend them?
Second, if I start growing lashes in a bald spot under my eye, will I have to continue to use it, or will they continue to grow on their own? My bottom lash lines are almost completely bald. Thanks in advance!

Reputable companies have products that work, but the majority of these products take time and consistency prior to visible results. I am a bone marrow transplant survivor and because I have a side effect of that I cannot wear mascara because of severe dry eyes so I;m trying this product to see if I can get thicker and longer lashes without cosmetics. Ive just started so time will tell. I hope so
I have not tried this product but Latisse will definitely work. But it only works while you use it, once you quit using your lashes go back to the pre latise stage after about a month.

I tried Latisse and it did wonders, but I wanted to save money so I went and purchased Smartlash. I have been using Smartlash for two months now and I have not notice anything different….save your money.
Did you not see a difference from what you already had with Latisse or from the before use of Latisse. I am looking to sustain what I have from the use of Latisse. If this product will do that, then it is worth the buy.
I’ve been using Smartlash for about two months and have noticed an improvement. I had a scar on my left eyebrow where no hair would grow and now there is hair. Also, it has lengthened my eyelashes quite a bit. I’ve even forgotten to use it a few nights (and mornings) and I’m still getting results. I just purchase my second tube at a promo price of $29.99 from Dermstore. I heard about ths product on the Doctors tv show.

I wish people would not call this a scam. It may not work on some people, for whatever reason. It DID work for me! I wasn’t even using it every morning and night like you’re supposed to. It’s been less than two months and now there are eyelashes in an area where there was nothing before! I had a small area on my right eye where lashes were non-existent. Now I can clearly see lashes have grown there! I’ve also used it on my eyebrows where they are thinning at the ends. They are also longer now. I am a senior and I know my lashes and eyebrows have been getting thinner, are shorter and more sparse. This stuff really works and I love it!
I, too, am troubled by people calling this a ‘scam.’ I think you have to take into consideration that everyone is different. Some people (body chemistry, etc.) may respond better to the Smart Lash formula than others. And/or it may take more time for some people to see results. I read somewhere (Derm Store?) that it can take up to 16 weeks to work. I believe it’s worth applying for 4 months before giving up. I’m over sixty (and have had chemo)and it began working for me within a month(as I said above). For the price, you can’t go wrong. High cost aside, my main reason for not trying Latisse…was its possible side effects.
I was skeptical about this, and didn’t think it was doing anything even though i was applying twice daily for a few weeks then once i curled my eyelashes I realized how long they really were & have had plenty of compliments. I’m sure results vary for everyone, like everything but it works for me.
Has anyone experienced severe dry eye from this? My eyes were fine and then I started using this and after a couple of weeks my eyes are so dry I can’t stand it!

Products like these actually can change your DNA and eye color. Don’t fall for this stuff ladies. This was originally meant for patients with glaucoma (has a drug in it) and patients after chemotherapy as well. There’s not enough evidence it works, number one and even if it does Here’s quote from a physician:
Dr. Harry A. Quigley, a professor of ophthalmology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, said that frequent complaints of glaucoma patients included temporarily red eyes, itching and darker eyelid skin. But in a few glaucoma patients who used eyedrops containing a prostaglandin, he said, green or hazel irises permanently turned darker after 6 to 12 months of treatment. It’s about a $100 a pop, not thanks. HOw vain are people getting!
Still want to try it? If it’s changing your eye color it’s possible it’s also changing your DNA as well. Use at your own risk.
This product does not contain prostglandin and if it did have a drug in it, they would not be able to sell it without a prescription. It is cheaper than Latisse and I have seen some length on my lashes. Does not burn at all.

Umm – nothing can change your DNA… Once your mother’s ovum was fertilized, that’s the DNA you are stuck with.
I have been using this product for a number of months now and it has not helped at all. Maybe it works on some people but I am definitely not one of them.
I am Asian and we are notorious for having very short lashes. I have been using Smartlash for just over 2 months now, and my lashes have grown over an extra 1/2 cm longer on both eyes and are significantly thicker too. The product has worked very well for me. I do agree that prostaglandins will make the irises darker in some cases. However, stating that it will “change your DNA” is simply untrue. The very statement doesn’t make sense. DNA stands for Dioxyribose nucleic acid, DNA is the basic code of instructions that tell your body which proteins to make. What I think you are meaning to say is that it changes the expression of some proteins, however your DNA is stored in your chromosomes, and your chromosomes are not being affected by lash serums. The darkening of your irises is not by any means the same thing as your DNA being altered.

Howdy! Someone in my Facebook group shared this site with us so I came to look it over. I’m definitely loving the information. But I have a question; do you think is better to order one botle every month or order a 6 month supply?
This product is working great for me. After two weeks I was able to see my lashes were longer. It is less expensive than Latisse and I would recomment it.
Pro: goes not burn as much and not as itchy.
Con: I have notice that my lashes are thicker but length wise it takes a while to see results. I would recommend using it and if you don’t notice anything you can always return it within the time frame. Good luck!
I’m still waiting for my order on Smartlash. I’ve been using Latisse over 6 months now and hasn’t worked at all. Using as directed. I found it is the exact ingredient used for Glaucoma. Can’t wait to receive Smarthlash. Hope it works for me.
